Our quality department inspects components throughout the manufacturing process and can provide Initial Sample Inspection Reports, Certificate of Conformity and Test Certificates for any product.
All products are issued with batch numbers which provides total traceability back to the raw materials, the machine it was made on and even the person who made it.
We are on the top quality lists of most of our customers, many of whom are long standing or come through personal recommendation.
We are committed to producing products to the highest standards and pride ourselves on the quality of the work we produce.
Quality Policy
Custom Machined Components business is the production of precision engineered
components from a variety of Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and Composite Materials.
It is the policy of the company to comply with the requirements of the Quality Standard
BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008 and it is mandatory for all CMC personnel to comply with the
QMS at all times.
The company is committed to comply with the requirements and continually improve
the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The company’s management will take all necessary measures to ensure that the
quality policy and company main objectives are understood, implemented and
maintained by all personnel throughout the company and that appropriate resources
are available for that purpose.
To pursue, where possible a policy of “right first time”, to supply products that conform
to customer’s requirements and to pursue a goal of timely delivery of defect free
products through a defect free service.
The continuing suitability of this policy will be considered at each Quality Management
Review which will be conducted twice a year.
